Beck is TWO! How can that be?! Oh all the feelings! I am working on his big birthday party post that I can’t wait to share all about the fiesta that we had! I have learned a lot in 2 years of being a mother and let’s just say that my heart has more than doubled! I got home from New York late the night before his birthday and I didn’t make a cake because I was too exhausted- I had a little mom guilt but I just reminded myself that he is 2 & it’s all okay. We spent the day at a park, with pizza & we picked up some doughnuts & used those! Beck loved them more than a cake I would have made- there were sprinkles- that he calls snakes haha & it was star shaped so he was in heaven. I can’t get over the photo of him blowing out the candle- he blows with his nose & it is SO funny!
Beck loves to dance, sing to the song thunder & Havana! He is truck obsessed! He calls them all papa because both his grandpas drives trucks and he calls them papa. Beck is kind of a picky eater well not so much as picky but he just doesn’t like to eat because he is always so busy. He sleeps great & just brings us so much joy! He is starting to talk so much & pieces together these little sentences it is so cute- they make sense to Eric & I haha. So the other day he had a major blowout at a restaurant- I am talking the worst he has EVER had! There was poop all in the highchair all over the floor all over himself- basically it was a nightmare. We got in the car & he was only in a diaper & he said mama- bum – poop- pu haha he loves to say that-tub- boat haha he loves this boat in the tub. So he says stuff like that all the time, is starting to count, know his colors & letters. He will know 2 words like apple and drink so he is starting to put together apple drink, apple tree, etc. He also like I mentioned is truck obsessed & knows a lot of the trucks like backhoe, cement papa but sometimes he says cement truck haha.
This post is mostly a journal for me! I want to always remember him as a little 2 year old wild boy that loves the sandbox any kind of dirt- tatcos & pitza!
