Have you seen the #frontporchproject going around? It is so fun! In order to remember this crazy quarantine time- people are photographing their families on their porch. Such a fun way to capture these memories and also get family photos done! I highly recommend a quarantine photoshoot!
It felt good to get dressed, do my hair and put on a little makeup. I definitely have to be rocking the headband because my bangs are so long. I need a haircut bad! Now would be a good time to grow out my bangs but the reason I got them in the first place was after I had Beck and I had postpartum hair loss. I got sick of the little baby hairs so I hid them with bangs. So now that Boden is here I know in a couple months I will go through the same thing so I am not going to cut them now!

As you can see Boden is still on oxygen but him being on oxygen is part of our crazy quarantine so I wanted to remember it in these photos! He is the cutest little squish! He is still tiny but getting chunkier in his cheeks.
I wanted some fun lifestyle photos to remember what else is happening during this crazy time. Aka Tiger King! The letter board is a little small but it is my favorite quote from Tiger King. The part where Joe Exotic says “I am never going to financially recover from this!” It is when the employee has her arm bitten off by the tiger! Haha and I feel like all our snacking and food has been through the roof! And I decided to photograph some of our favorite snacks of the time haha.
We also have been doing sidewalk chalk like crazy so I wanted a photo with our chalk art! We are big fan of the chalk drawings.These chalk stencils are so fun! Easy to use and make the chalk art look a little nicer more like actual chalk drawings. I like that since it is on our walkway! Seriously so fun! They make cute chalk drawings!
I have hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for all this craziness! Super glad we have these moments captured though. Boden has a baby book that I am going to print these quarantine photoshoot photos and put them in. It will be crazy to say that I was a baby in the 2020 pandemic! When I got pregnant I remember thinking that 2020 is the coolest birth year and big things are happening. Well big things have happened- different than I thought but for sure memorable!
Take photos and remember this time since things will go back to normal eventually and it will be cool to have this time preserved! Have a quarantine photoshoot!
