I can’t believe Easter is next weekend! I love Easter! I love the meaning, the egg hunts, the clothes & of course the baskets! I had fun this year putting Beck’s basket together. Most of the things I got from the dollar store & I know it is stuff he will love! I also got him a cute kite there too but I forgot to put it in the photos.
I also want to share with you some of my favorite Easter books! I will link them so you can check them out. I am a big believer in having themed picture books for every holidays! I got his basket at Target last year- here is this year’s version– basically the same.
First 1oo Animals book is so cute! All it is is pictures & words but Beck is in love. He has the truck version & it is the only thing that can always entertain him. I figured the animal version was a must for Easter! I seriously love their books!
Bubbles, play doh, coloring books & all that fun stuff is perfect to grab at the dollar store. All the fun easter bags, eggs & containers are from Dollar Tree- better believe it! All the cute chocolates are from Lindt. You can grab them at Target, World Market & more- there are so many fun animal shaped chocolates that Beck loves!
Nutcase bell is so fun! Beck loves his bike & I know this bell will be so fun! They come in a bunch of different colors!
I just saw this Water Wow! last week & I am so excited about this! Beck is going to bring it to church, car rides, the machanic you name it. It is so cool! They are able to color without the mess & use this water wand instead. Then when it is dry it erases. There are different ones but I had to get the construction one for Beck!
Oh and other things I like to put in Easter baskets are a new swimsuit & sandals. Beck doesn’t need either one but they are the perfect Easter basket must.
Farewell Floppy is the sweetest book about a boy & a bunny. Not Easter specific which I also like.
The Bunny Book is a classic so it had to be included!
Too Many Carrots is my favorite Easter book! The illustrations & so cute & there is a good message that shows. I love this one!
Easter Egg Hunt is a classic fun board book. I love how this book has so many fun tabs! Beck definitely stays entertained reading it.
