What is better than a weekend in the sun? Honestly I can’t think of much! I love staycations & weekend getaways- you could say they are my love language! It was so fun to go a few hours south to escape the cold & spend a weekend just the 3 of us. We have been traveling a lot & it has been a blast- but this was our 1st trip just the 3 of us & it was still exciting & relaxing. I love my little family!

We spent 3 nights at The Inn at Entrada in Ivins- right by St. George. One of the best parts about The Inn at Entrada is the location! Nestled up against the mountains & by Snow Canyon- it is gorgeous! I love that it is a little bit from town so you are secluded and can really relax. I have heard there are great hikes in the area that we definitely need to check out next time! The Inn at Entrada is also close enough to St. George that you can be there in a few minutes & are close to stores & restaurants! It is seriously perfect! I love going to Tuacahn also that is close by- we need to come back & stay again & go to a play. On the property there is also a restaurant if you want to stay & relax. The location is really a must stay at destination for anywhere in Southern Utah- we even went to Vegas for one of the days & it wasn’t too far at all.

During our stay we didn’t golf but Eric wants to come stay again & golf. Their course is beautiful! I loved hanging out on the patio & watching people golf- Beck loved it too haha. I was reading online that their golf course is voted as a course you need to golf before you die by CNN. Talk about impressive! During our stay it was so funny- I had so many people message me on Instagram saying it looked like where High School Musical 2 was filmed- & it totally is- that’s how impressive it is!

Our room had a pack & play waiting for us & was very family friendly! Beck loved it & kept exploring all over- it was honestly bigger than our apartment! Our villa was so nice & spacious- Beck even had his own room which was so nice for all of us! We stayed in a 2 bedroom- 2 bathroom suite that was so nice & even had a full kitchen. It is so easy to cook at the suite & have the fridge stocked to your liking. Our room was equipped with everything you would need to even have an extended stay. We had a garage, laundry room & access to a very nice fitness center! You can easily walk to workout rooms, pools, tennis courts & so much more. There is also a spa on site! The Inn at Entrada has thought of everything!

Our place also had so much smart technology which made it such a nice place to stay! Our giant tub that Beck couldn’t get enough of haha would dry after you used it. With a push of a button when you walked in you could turn everything on or off and it would pull up the blinds or lower them if it was day or night- it was so nice! Also each villa has their own Wi-Fi so it was always super fast- we had no issues at all!

Our stay was just so cozy! One night we brought dinner home and turned on the fireplaces & watched the Olympics- it really was so enjoyable! In the mornings we would walk to the welcome center & they had warm cinnamon rolls- the staff was seriously the best! Seriously I knew it would be nice because of all the reviews I had read but now I know for myself why everyone loves their suites so much! No matter where you are headed in Southern Utah- you need to make a stop at The Inn at Entrada! I am already planning a trip back because it was the most relaxing, beautiful, family filled weekend!

  1. This looks like a really nice place to stay. I am already thinking when is the best time to go. Thanks for sharing this location. I am thinking what a great place to gather our family together, or just a nice get away for me and my wife from the worries of the world.
